How is Buttock Aesthetics Done?
In butt aesthetics, the patient’s own fat is used to shape the buttocks. Since the fat used belongs to the patient, the results are extremely natural and it cannot be understood that an operation has been performed for perfect hips. If there is not enough fat in the patient’s body to be used, fillers can be used.
This operation, also known as Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), is preferred by those who want to have younger, more defined hips and a correct body profile. This surgical procedure uses your own fat and is the most natural way to enlarge your buttocks.
In Brazilian Butt Aesthetics, we transfer the fat that is removed from your regional fat and re-injected into your hip with the purest and most appropriate fat-stem cell combination possible. This helps ensure the longest lasting result. This process, also called fat extraction by liposuction, involves making the fat rich in stem cells after it is removed. Fat removal is performed by liposuction. Centrifugation is used to make the fat rich in stem cells. The last step is to return the fat injection to the buttocks. The procedure is designed to fill in the upper quadrant of your hips, so your butt looks lifted and prominent. The resulting effect makes your profile more attractive.
To explain it in a little more detail, with thin cannula liposuction, we first remove the fat from certain areas of your body by opening 1mm holes and using thin, 3mm cannulas. Small cannula holes allow us to collect even the smallest fat particles.
The fat recovered after liposuction is centrifuged and enriched with stem cells, and the fat taken from these areas is carefully processed. Only a portion of the removed donor fat will qualify for reinjection into the buttocks. In most cases, more than 33% of the extracted fat cells will be suitable for reinjection. For this reason, the permanence of the procedure increases as it is transferred with living stem cells. Only the best donor fat cells are reinjected into your buttocks. To obtain sufficient and correct fat, we try to remove fat from at least two, preferably three, areas of your body.

Preparation

The operation is performed with the specified type of anesthesia and takes approximately 1.5 – 2 hours. You will be informed not to eat or drink for 6 hours before the operation. Other than that, there’s nothing you need to do!
