In short
B Travel has three genuine LEVC TX London Taxis in Istanbul: navy, white and black. Six people sit facing each other in the rear cabin, suitcases travel in a separate luggage area, and there is a wheelchair ramp. The taxis meet you at the airport, take you to your tours and are available for chauffeured hire by the hour or by the day.
Why a London Taxi in Istanbul
The LEVC TX is today’s version of the London black cab, the car many people picture when they hear the words London Taxi. It is built around the passenger: the rear cabin is spacious, the roof is high and getting in is easy. You notice that comfort on a long airport run, or on a day of getting in and out around the city.
B Travel’s taxis are well maintained, insured and driven by professional chauffeurs. The exterior photographs of the taxis show the very cars that will meet you.
Inside the cabin
The seats in the rear cabin face each other: six people sit face to face. A family or a group of friends can talk easily on the way, and nobody is squeezed into a back row.
Suitcases go into a separate luggage area, not the cabin. On the way from the airport to your hotel, that means room for both the passengers and the luggage.

Travelling in a wheelchair
Our London Taxis have a wheelchair ramp. With the ramp lowered, the wheelchair boards directly, so there is no need to move from the wheelchair to a seat. A passenger in a wheelchair travels in the same cabin as the rest of the party.
Just mention it in your request. If you also tell us the type of wheelchair, folding or powered, we can prepare accordingly.
Three cars: navy, white and black
The fleet has three LEVC TX London Taxis:
- navy, number plate 34 DRB 96
- white, number plate 34 DRB 98
- black, number plate 34 DRB 95
All three carry a gold-patterned wrap along the lower body, so the car waiting for you is easy to recognise. Each one takes six passengers.

Chauffeured hire by the hour or by the day
You can use the taxi for more than the airport. A day of meetings, a shopping tour or a few stops around the city: a car and chauffeur with you by the hour or by the day. Transfers to and from tours are arranged the same way.
Say you would like to visit a museum on the Historic Peninsula in the morning and the Grand Bazaar in the afternoon, then have dinner by the Bosphorus in the evening. Instead of finding a new taxi at every stop, you spend the day with the same car and the same chauffeur.
Moving between several districts in one day, looking for parking and hailing taxis all take time in Istanbul. With chauffeured hire the car picks you up at one stop and takes you to the next; all you do is say where you would like to go.
Two Mercedes, and how to book
Alongside the London Taxis, the fleet includes two Mercedes. The Mercedes-Benz V-Class VIP takes six passengers and has leather seats and Wi-Fi. The Mercedes-Benz S-Class is for three passengers; its quiet cabin suits official and executive travel.
Tell us the car and the length of time in your request, through the form or on WhatsApp, in Turkish, English or Russian. We write back with the availability and the exact price. We do not take card details on the website; payment is arranged when your booking is confirmed.
